Domenick Chiddo 

Instructional Designer

In 2019, Domenick joined VCPI as an instructional designer, bringing more than two decades of diverse experience in multi-lingual and technologically focused educational administration and curriculum development to our development team. 

Today, he plays a critical role in ensuring our partners and participants receive world-class training and resources on a wide range of emerging and critical public safety issues. Thorough research, accessible technology, clear and thoughtful instruction, and effective curriculum are all hallmarks of Domenick’s work.  

From his time as English teacher in France, to his time as French teacher in America, to his years in curriculum development and educational administration, Domenick has cultivated his expertise throughout his career spent in dedication to affecting positive change through professional education. 

He holds a Master’s (M. S. Ed.) in Digital Age Learning and Educational Technology from the Johns Hopkins University School of Education, and a Master’s (M.A.Ed.) in Curriculum and Instruction the William and Mary University School of Education, and Bachelor’s in French from William & Mary University. Additionally, he is certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Trusted Tester to evaluate conformance to Section 508 standards. 

When not at work, Domenick can be found making memories with his loving wife and two sons at their home in Midlothian, Virginia.
