BPD CRIME REDUCTION AND DEPARTMENTAL TRANSFORMATION PLAN
The Baltimore Police Department has continued to deal with high rates of violent crime, and it has entered into a consent decree with the Department of Justice due to engaging in a pattern and practice of conduct that violated the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the US Constitution. The Crime Reduction and Departmental Transformation Plan outlines the Baltimore Police Department’s plan to reduce crime and transform the organization culture of the department.

DALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT 2020 VIOLENT CRIME REDUCTION PLAN
In 2019, Dallas experienced a rise in violent crime, so the mayor ordered that the police department design a plan to reduce violent crime. The result was the Dallas Police Department 2020 Violent Crime Reduction Plan. This plan includes crime statistics, goals, objectives, and performance metrics.

The National Resource and Technical Assistance Center for Improving Law Enforcement Investigations is a training and technical assistance center created in collaboration with the Bureau of Justice Assistance to improve law enforcement investigations.
